Population First organised a panel discussion with experts working on the issue of sex selection like social activists, civic health officials and the medical fraternity on the topic 'Who will save the girl child- 14 years after the PCPNDT Act'. It was held on September 24, 2008 which is celebrated as SAARC International Girl Child Day, at the Mini Theatre, Ravindra Natya Mandir, Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
