Mr. Julio Francis Ribero
Mr. Julio Francis Ribeiro, one of India’s most celebrated policemen, has led and headed police forces throughout his career and has served as India’s Ambassador to Romania. Now retired, he heads the ‘Mohalla Ekta Committee’, a group that works in troubled neighbourhoods of the city and seeks to build harmony and trust across religious and other divides. He is a founder member of PCGT (Public Concern for Governance Trust), which is at the forefront of advocating reforms in the Police Force and rooting out corruption from public life.

Prof. R.R. Singh
Prof. R. R. Singh is currently Professor Emeritus at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). Earlier he was the Head of the Department of Social Work, University of Delhi, and Director of TISS Mumbai and Kurukshetra University. Prof. Singh has pioneered mobile health care in collaboration with Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, Varanasi. He is associated with several academic/research bodies and has attended several national seminars concerned with issues of health, youth, and welfare.
