Motivational workshops

The workshops held from 24th to 28 January and13th to 17th February 2004, focused on positive and affirmative thinking. The individual thane_motivate_img.jpg as well as the group were encouraged to communicate at intra-personal and inter-personal levels through theatre and role-plays.

Health melavas (fairs) mark International Women’s Day

In order to celebrate the International Women’s Day on 8th and 9th March 2004, Population First organised health fairs in two Primary Health Centres in Thane where information was provided using traditional folk dances, games and contests along with health check up and counseling services.
